30-Day Simple Returns

Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: Free return shipping. This covers items damaged in transit, incorrect orders, or faulty products.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost if you purchased the wrong item, the product does not fit, or you choose to return it for personal reasons. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documents.
3. Send the Package: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and drop the parcel at the assigned courier location.

Refund Process
Inspection: Returned items are reviewed to ensure they meet our return requirements.
Refund: Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may take an additional 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
